LEADERSHIP TEAM MEETING SHV ENERGY ROME 2022
After successively Amsterdam, Noordwijk and Barcelona, this time historic Rome was chosen as the background for the annual international congress. A week long the top leaders came together to exchange and share their knowledge in this beautiful ambiance. Based on the core values of our client we implemented the theme in every aspect of this top meeting, both in terms of content, design and entertainment.
The plenary session took place in a custom built Roman amphitheater and all break out rooms were uniquely styled by theme. Naturally all the contestants (varying from 35 to 250 guests) were taken out every evening to distinctive unique locations, enjoyed tasteful dinners with breathtaking views and had the chance to explore the modernization of Rome under supervision of skillful guides. An unforgettable “Future Proof” event in the eternal city.

We were therefore asked to produce a number of special and dynamic online events for Trekpleister, Kruidvat Netherlands and Kruidvat Belgium, in which the content was perfectly balanced with entertainment of the highest level, equivalent to a TV program. In a custom-made decor, the staff was presented with a dazzling online infotainment program, simultaneously translated for the French-speaking audience and with the cooperation of their own enthusiastic colleagues who acted as live reporters in the country. Partly due to the song that was specially composed and sung by employees, the impact of this autumn boost was overwhelming.
OPENING
LOUIS VUITTON BRANDSTORE
With an international appealing fashion event, we had the opportunity to organize the opening of the brandstore, which was located in the P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam. The detailed concept was later used again at the successful opening of the Louis Vuitton store in Barcelona.
360GR developed the concept and look & feel in cooperation with the headquarters located in Paris, and was responsible for the whole output for the Amsterdam and Barcelona event.
